Most repair calls come from a handful of causes: age and sunlight make panels brittle or bowed, walls that face the afternoon sun fade and warp ahead of shaded ones, and flying debris cracks a single spot. In each case the damage stays local, so replacing a few panels solves it without touching the whole house.
We look over the entire wall instead of fixating on the visible damage, because a bad panel can signal water getting in nearby. If the problem really is small, a repair saves you money, and we will tell you so.
We start with an on-site check of the damaged spot and the panels around it.
We hunt for siding that matches your existing color, texture, and profile as closely as possible.
Damaged pieces come off carefully so neighboring panels stay intact.
We inspect the wrap and sheathing exposed behind the opening before anything new goes on.
New material is fastened and sealed as the manufacturer specifies, then inspected before the crew packs up.
Warped or faded panels on walls that bake in the afternoon sun.
Panels pulled loose or ripped off during heavy wind.
Holes and cracks from limbs, hail, or thrown objects.
Stains, soft spots, or bubbling that point to moisture behind the siding.
A previous fix that has come loose or no longer matches.
Quick repairs ahead of a listing or showing.
Usually, particularly if your siding is only a few years old. Color shifts over time, so for older walls we tell you honestly how close we can get.
Look at how far the damage spreads. A few bad panels point to repair. Widespread warping, or leaks that keep coming back, usually mean the whole wall system should be replaced.
