J & C Roofing Inc. removes worn siding and installs complete new exteriors across Star Valley, AZ. ISA-certified crews and materials suited to local weather mean the new walls are built to last, not just to look good.
Patching stops making sense when problems show up all over the house. Panels that curl, crack, or buckle on multiple walls, rot at the edges and seams, siding approaching the end of its lifespan, and damp spots that return after each repair all suggest the wall system itself is failing, and a new exterior costs less than chasing leaks.
Replacement with J & C Roofing Inc. means the old cladding comes fully off so we can see the wall underneath, never a new layer over a bad one. We inspect and repair the sheathing, put up fresh house wrap and flashing, install your new siding, and remove all waste, so the finished wall starts clean.
1. Consultation and selection. We inspect your existing walls and help you choose a material that fits your home, budget, and Star Valley, AZ conditions.
2. Ordering and delivery. Materials arrive and are staged before the crew starts, so the project keeps moving.
3. Tear-off. Old siding comes down in sections while shrubs, windows, and walkways are covered and protected.
4. Sheathing evaluation. Any soft or rotted sheathing is replaced before we cover anything back up.
5. Rebuild the wall. House wrap, flashing, and new siding go up in order, installed exactly as the manufacturer directs.
6. Final inspection. We tour the finished exterior with you and clear all leftover material from the property.
The footprint of the home, its trim and architectural details, the number of windows and doors, and the material you pick all influence the project. We cover those details with you before we start.
Our installers hold ISA certification before they run a replacement on their own. We carry full licensing and insurance, follow manufacturer instructions on every product, and cover finished work with a written warranty.
